ACN began as the vision of four ambitious entrepreneurs from Michigan who came together to form a direct selling company based on solid ethics and a fair compensation plan - important aspects they hadn't found in other companies. It was this dream for something better that led to the start of ACN.
By combining their mutual vision and a focused marketing strategy with a lifetime of network marketing experience, they have grown ACN into what it is today – the largest direct selling telecommunications company in the world! Today, ACN’s Co-Founders are more actively involved than ever, and each plays a vital role in the management of ACN’s day-to-day business operations worldwide.
Greg Provenzano, ACN President & Co-Founder
- Served as a Senior Vice President of a national marketing company and led a large sales organisation; was responsible for recruiting, training and motivating personnel
- Left his business in 1992 and was instrumental in the formulation of ACN
- Works closely with ACN representatives and executive staff
Greg Provenzano began his career in network marketing in 1984 when he joined the ground floor level of a national company, rising from Sales Manager to Regional Vice President to Senior Vice President in a short period of time. Feeling unfulfilled, however, he left that company and sold another business to follow his dream of creating a direct selling company that combined the best aspects of the business with the best compensation plan possible.
ACN was established in 1993 (along with founders Robert Stevanovski, Tony Cupisz and Mike Cupisz) with Greg managing the day-to-day business operations and searching out both motivated and skilled people to develop the company. With his leadership, ACN became one of the fastest growing companies in the United States.
Today, Greg continues his leadership role and serves in the pivotal role of motivator to the company’s Independent Representatives. He communicates with representatives through regular conference calls and training events across the globe, providing inspiring words and motivating messages that have sparked new energy in countless individuals and allowed them to change their lives through the ACN Opportunity.
Robert Stevanovski, ACN Chairman & Co-Founder
- Managed several businesses throughout the 1980s, directly influencing growth and expansion
- Held senior positions with two highly successful direct selling companies
- One of the driving forces behind the formulation of ACN and a vital player in managing the company’s day-to-day business operations
Robert Stevanovski picked up a keen sense of business savvy while working as a young adult in his family’s restaurant business. Later, he directed growth and expansion for several businesses before entering network marketing in the late 1980s, serving in senior level positions for two thriving direct selling companies.
Robert's experience prepared him for the challenge of starting ACN, which he helped launch in 1993. He has played a vital role in the daily business operations of the company, particularly the development of products and ACN’s expansion into Europe and Asia Pacific. He directly led the company’s effort to operate its own Digital Phone Service network and pressed for the latest technology in videophones. Today, Robert spends much of his time managing the rollouts of various markets and making business development decisions that keep ACN on the cutting-edge of technology. He also serves as a member on the ACN Board of Directors.
Mike Cupisz, ACN Vice President & Co-Founder
- Started and ran several companies that generated significant revenue in the mid-1980s
- Built nationwide sales organisations and held senior positions in several companies
- Instrumental in ACN’s international expansion
- Has 17 years of direct selling industry experience
Mike Cupisz created several profitable companies in the mid-1980s, building large nationwide sales organisations during his tenure. With 17 years of experience in the network marketing industry, Mike’s knowledge was crucial in the formation of ACN.
After helping establish ACN as one of the fastest-growing companies in the United States, Mike’s focus turned to the company’s international expansion.
Today, Mike devotes much of this time to international growth and expansion, mainly in Europe, Australia and New Zealand. He trains and supports representatives throughout the world, maintaining direct contact with them through regular events and conference calls. Mike also prepares the groundwork for ACN’s expansion into other countries.
Tony Cupisz, ACN Vice President & Co-Founder
- Has been in the direct selling industry since 1986
- Held senior positions at several direct selling companies
- Developed and trained tens of thousands of salespeople and is actively involved in the development and growth of ACN
Tony Cupisz has more than 20 years experience in the network marketing industry, helping implement the vision of ACN after holding senior-level positions at other direct selling companies. Tony's focus is on helping Independent Representatives build successful businesses by communicating daily with the field and mentoring key leaders and up-and-coming leaders as well.
By staying in constant contact with representatives, he is able to use their input to make better decisions for the company.
Recognising that training is key to success, Tony manages all marketing and training programs. He provides regular opportunities for representatives to learn more about the direct selling industry, including online video training and in-depth sessions at the company’s well-attended International events. These educational opportunities form the backbone of the company’s support system and help foster a sense of confidence for new and veteran entrepreneurs who are taking advantage of the ACN Opportunity.
